Re-Entry and After Gate Hours Entry
Starting this year Engulf allows re-entry and after gate hours entry.
In the spirit of creating community, immediacy, and a fully immersive experience, we discourage leaving the event after arriving. Also, arriving after gate hours adds complexities and a lot of extra work for our volunteers. That said, we do understand that travel times can make it difficult to be there during gate hours, responsibilities can be unavoidable, and scheduling can be difficult. We have created this policy to support you while also not making it too difficult for our volunteers and to prevent exceptions to the rule from being made.
What You Need to Do To Re-Enter or Enter After Gate Hours
**Once you have registered for late entry your ticket is no longer transferable. If you register for late entry and then arrive during normal gate hours, you will need to tell the gate volunteer your ticket is in the Late Entry box because your ticket will already have been scanned pre-event by the gate lead**
1. Fill out the re-entry/after hours entry form linked in the button below
2. On the form you will select if you are requesting after gate hours entry or re-entry, if you need both, fill out the form twice.
3. On the form you will need to provide the date and a window of time when you will be entering after hours entering or re-entering, and a reason for your entry.
4. You will need to provide a VALID photo ID AND for re-entry you will need to have your Engulf wristband to prove who you are when you get to the gate. Valid forms of ID are driver's license, state ID, military ID, passport, or law enforcement ID.
5. Registration for re-entry or late entry ends at 11:59pm on November 4th. You must register to get in after gate hours or to re-enter if you leave.
6. All people entering must have filled out this form, not just one person in the group.
7. When entering or leaving Engulf the driver must be SOBER and able to drive.
